Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1-2 inches of fresh ginger (adjust to taste)
  • 3-4 celery stalks
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Wash all the ingredients thoroughly. If the cucumber is not organic, consider peeling it. Otherwise, you can leave the skin on for added nutrients. Cut the cucumber into smaller pieces, ensuring they fit into your juicer. Peel and chop the ginger into smaller pieces. Trim the ends of the celery stalks and cut them into smaller pieces. Cut the lemon in half. Feed the cucumber, ginger, celery, and lemon halves (remove seeds if necessary) through your juicer. Collect the juice in a glass or pitcher. Optionally, you can strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture. Stir the juice well and serve immediately over ice if desired. Enjoy your refreshing cucumber, ginger, celery, and lemon juice!

Notes

Run the celery and cucumber in juicer through first on the low setting.. Then switch it to high setting adding lemon and ginger. Drink the juice right away.
